Making and Caring for your Items

How are images applied to your shirts?

Images are applied with one of three mediums:

  1. Screenprint
  2. Sublimations Prints
  3. DTF (Direct To Film) Prints

*Please keep in mind, digital resolutions and real life colors will have variations. Colors will not be as bright in person due to multiple factors. Orders will NOT be refunded or exchanged for this. This is stated multiple times on the website and within the Facebook group. Please ensure you understand this prior to placing an order*

How do you care for your garments?

All items come with care instructions. A card will be included with each order to tell you how to care for each item and make it last the longest!

Shirt Care Instructions

  • Turn garment inside out.
  • machine wash cold.
  • use mild detergents.
  • do not bleach.
  • avoid fabric softener..
  • do not iron design areas.
  • tumble dry low or hang to dry.
  • do not dry clean.

Iced Coffee Can Care Instructions

  • Hand wash only. Wash gently with warm water and non-abrasive dish cloth/sponge.
  • dry bamboo lid well after washing.
  • Do not soak.
  • Not dishwasher safe.
  • Not microwave safe.
  • Avoid Extreme heat.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Always handle with care.

Tumbler Care Instructions

  • Hand wash only.

What brand shirts do you use?

We use the following brands:

  • Tultex
  • Gildan
  • Bella Canvas
  • Comfort Colors
  • Dyenomite
  • Rabbit Skins
  • LR Blanks

Occasionally, we will use brands not listed, but we will let you know if your item will be a brand not listed above.

What is your turn around time?

Turn around times will vary based on the item. Items we have in stock will be shipped generally 24-48 after an order is placed. If these items are ordered with items that are not ready to ship, they will not be shipped until all items are ready. 

All items that are made to order such as tees, crewnecks, tumblers, water bottles, etc. will have a turn around time of 14-21 business days. This gives me ample time to order all materials needed, create your order, and prepare for pick-up or shipping. I take pride in every item I create and want to make sure it is the best item possible. If I am not 100% confident you will love your item, I will not ship it until it meets my expectations. Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays and NOT included when counting business days. Please keep this in mind when placing orders. 

Personalized baby blankets and coming home sets will have a TAT of approximately 30 business days. These are all hand made and pressed. They take a lot of attention to detail and time to create. some blankets can take me as long as 10 or more hours just to press. This turn around time gives me ample time to ensure the blanket is perfect. 

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your items and the size of the package. Most shipments average between $5 and $9 per shipment.

Orders over $75 automatically receive free shipping!

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently ship using USPS, UPS, or offer local pickup in Newburgh, IN.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is not offered.

Free pick-up is offered on all orders in Newburgh, IN.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipping within the stated TAT at the top of the website. If for any reason there should be a delay, we will communicate these with wou as soon as we are aware. You will receive an order confirmation once you place the order and when your order is ready for pick-up or has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please email loganandlaceboutique@gmail.com to make any changes. We can not guarantee changes will be able to be made once orders are submitted, however we will try our best to make any changes needed before your orders are shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You are able to track the shipment using the tracking number provided.

How do I know if I have received my complete order?

All orders are shipped in full. We will never ship partial orders. You will also receive email confirmations stating your order has been received.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, HOWEVER we want you to be happy with your order. If any issues should arise, please contact us either via Facebook or by emailing loganandlaceboutique@gmail.com. Be sure you have your order number. We will make every effort to correct any issues. All issues MUST be reported within 24 hours. Any issues not reported within 24 hours of the receipt or pickup of the item are not guaranteed to be resolved. 

PLEASE NOTE- PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED. All sales are final. You are responsible for ensuring the information provided it correct. By submitting payment for your order, you acknowledge the information is correct. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Shop Pay (for orders over $50).

What should I do if my item was damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages or issues must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the item.  Items should be unworn, unlaundered, and in the same condition in which they were received.
